Global Pandemic Fund
4 May 2020
For those who wish to support our efforts to respond to the pandemic, the agencies and affiliates of the Aga Khan Development Network have launched the Global Pandemic Relief Fund.
116 projects have received the Aga Khan Award for Architecture over the last 40 years, often anticipating innovations, such as green buildings, or reflecting architectural discourse, such as a return to human scale.
Each year, in collaboration with its partners, the AKDN provides 5 million people with quality health care, through outpatient visits and community health programmes.
One million dollars are shared among prize winners, as determined by the independent Master Jury. Half the prize money is a grant for promoting the replicable aspects of the design.
